The Milk Ninja

The Fruit Box Group is Australia’s original and largest fruit and milk delivery service for workplaces. Although the fruit service was well established, the milk offering was struggling to find recognition and traction. Being a predominantly online service, the challenge was to lift enquiry numbers via digital display, social media and EDM, targeting EA’s, PA’s, HR and finance staff. We recognised that contactless delivery direct to workplace fridges was a point of difference we could own, so we tapped into the insight that staff are blissfully unaware how the milk magically appears in the staff fridge. Enter the Milk Ninja!

A character that could be used to demonstrate our benefits in a fun and dynamic way.
